University of Economics in Bratislava Earns AACSB International Accreditation

“AACSB accreditation recognizes institutions that have demonstrated a focus on excellence in all areas, including teaching, research, curriculum development, and student learning,” said Stephanie M. Bryant, executive vice president and chief accreditation officer of AACSB. “We congratulate University of Economics in Bratislava and Rector Ferdinand Daňo on earning accreditation and applaud the entire University of Economics in Bratislava team—including the administration, faculty, staff, and students—for their roles in earning this respected honor.”

On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, after last year's break (covid-19), the Championships of Universities of the Slovak Republic in futsal 2021 were held again in the Infiniti arena Košice. The EUBA team was also represented by two PHF students - Marek Zlacký and Peter Šalagovič. Despite their quality performance spiced with goals, the EUBA finished in 3rd place after even matches. The winner was UMB Banská Bystrica, which defended its championship two years ago.

Today, September 13, 2021, the first public meeting of the Academic Community of FBE UE took place at our faculty in the new academic year 2021/2022 under strictly observed anti-epidemic measures in accordance with the order of the UE Rector in Bratislava no. 6/2021.

Bratislava University of Economics, Faculty of Business Economics with seat in Košice, Slovakia has been involved in international cooperation for many decades. One of the many foreign institutions in which the Faculty actively develops mutual research and foreign exchange cooperation is the cooperation with L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
