Department of Commercial Entrepreneurship was established 01.12.2013 by transformation of the Department of Marketing and Trade, that original forerunner was the Department of Marketing (established in February 1997). Department is a carrier of the bachelor study program Commercial Business making is one of the leading department Faculty of Business Economics.
The task of the department is involved in the preparation of university educated professionals in providing courses oriented
trade and marketing. Department plays a special role in educating bachelors in the field of study Commercial Business, which provides teaching specialized subjects oriented marketing, trade, services, tourism, advertising and business operations.
Department members collaborate and participate in selected lectures in the country and abroad and at the same time they cooperate with the external environment. They take part in regular events in the Science and Technology Week, and the teaching of modules in all study programs of the faculty. Since they founded in 2013, together with the Department of Corporate Financial Management tradition of organizing international scientific conference called "Marketing management, financial and social aspects of the business", which paved the way for the exchange of knowledge on an international level.
