The primary educational objective of the course is to provide students with up to date information relating to Ukraine trades activities of companies and to familiarize them with the different phases of business operations, the problems of supply conditions, international payments and new forms of financing as well as trade negotiations, which has lead to the purchase contract with a foreign partner.
Brief module description:
The module belongs by its issues in macroeconomics. It gives students knowledge of immediate preparation and implementation of the foreign business transactions such as the conclusion of the contract, the risks in foreign trade, customs, technical barriers, import and export activities, business meetings.
