The aim of the course is to specify the possibilities of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and commercial companies through the creation and implementation of the innovations. The result of the teaching should be an understanding of the need for the proceeding of innovative activities by enterprises.
Brief module description
Students acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the field of innovation and its management, as well as the ability to understand the possibilities of financing innovation activities, identify risks and barriers to the introduction of innovation in the market. From the acquired theoretical knowledge, students can systematize their knowledge in the field of innovation, its management and support options in relation to the requirements of business practice, as well as critically analyze and evaluate innovation potential and barriers and risks associated with the process of innovation.
