Compulsory module
The primary educational objective of the module is to acquaint students with the latest knowledge of financial analysis in the context of a cross-sectoral comparison of financial statements. After completing the course, students should be able to independently assess the financial performance of the company based on the assessment not only quantitative but above all qualitative factors in the company. Following this, the aim is to acquire skills in preparing the financial plan, which is an important part of business planning and financial management of the company.

- The nature, objectives and financial analysis, information sources and users of financial analysis.
- Analysis of short-term liquidity, solvency and long-term performance, financial position, cash flows, changes in financial condition, prediction of financial distress, financial health and creditworthiness.
- The importance of corporate treasury for liquidity planning in the company.
- Long-term financial planning. Short-term financial planning.
