Compulsory module
The primary educational objective is a series of theoretical and practical knowledge of the problems of the financial management of undertakings accepted in the modern market economy. Content of the course provides a basic understanding of finance theory and practice of business entities in the area of asset, financial and capital structure, fund-raising, placements, financial analysis and financial planning.
Brief module description
Financial management and decision making. Fundraising, their location and tying in individual asset in the efficient use and allocation of the results obtained. Financial and capital structure. Financial analysis of business and financial planning. Determining the value of the company.
