- Planning and budgeting. Operational feedforward and feedback.
- Planning and controlling sales, marketing expenses, production costs, spending on research and development. The indicators used in evaluating the various functions and departments of the undertaking. Standards, benchmarking and analysis of deviations. Price, quantity, and other variations.
- Controlling process costs. Controlling relationship management along the line of a department. Settlement price. Reporting as part of controlling. Data visualization and reporting in the company. Budgeting and controlling.
