The aim of the course is to provide up-to-date knowledge from the theory of innovation processes in enterprises, the application of techniques used in innovation management and knowledge-intensive business services, and to develop the necessary skills for managing the creation and implementation of innovations. The course also provides an overview of the development and current state of progressive industrial sectors, current barriers to innovation, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, and knowledge in the field of financing innovation activities
