Target of subject: The aim of the course is to provide current knowledge of the theory of innovation processes in the company, the application of techniques used in innovation management and knowledge intensive business services and to learn the necessary skills to manage the creation and implementation of innovations. The course also provides an overview of the development and current state of progressive industries, current barriers to innovation, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, and knowledge in the field of financing innovation activities.
