The primary educational objective is to understand the functions of human resource management and practical solutions in the form of case scenarios and to enable students to integrate theory into practice and develop skills and prepare for the role of Manager of Human zdrojov.Definovať basic categories and understand the theoretical basis and approaches to different areas and functions of human resources.
