The primary educational objective is to familiarize students with the protocol of social behavior that addresses fundamental questions of human relations and interpersonal communication in accordance with the requirements of the new socio-economic situation. Highlights the fundamental criteria of social conventions in verbal and non-verbal communication, image formation and also it teaches standards of protocol and etiquette lays the foundations of diplomatic protocol.
Brief module description:
It contains social rules, behavior in public, social events, business meetings and issues related to ethics. It also deals with verbal and nonverbal communication, professional management communication, behavior in extreme situations of crisis and trade negotiations within the framework of inter-cultural specificities.
