To provide basic knowledge of linear algebra and mathematical analysis. In theory area student obtains the necessary knowledge on the basics of mathematics - linear algebra and function of more variables. Practical skills: student applies theoretical knowledge to solve a specific tasks.

Brief module description:

  • Vectors, linear combination, linear dependence and independence, dignity and equivalence of vectors.
  • Linear space and subspace, basis and dimension.
  • Matrices, determinants, systems of linear equations.
  • Partial derivatives, local extrema, bound local extrema of a function of several variables.
  • First-order differential equations, n-th-order differential equations.
  • Kolmogʼs area, probability definition, probability operations, repeated dependent and independent experiments.
