Even small actions can have a big impact – and we proved it these days! We started the Green Faculty Days on 20. 03. 2025, the first day of spring at the PHF EUBA in Košice, and on 24. 03. 2025, we successfully concluded them together at the Educational Center in Michalovce. These days were full of greenery, symbolism and nice ideas.
In Košice, there were lectures by our students with a discussion on recycling within the framework of sustainability, quizzes with the possibility of winning (e.g. on recognizing herbs and flowers), a demonstration of our own ecobags or plant swaps.
In Michalovce, our students gave a bench a new life in green. Because green is not just a color – it is a commitment to sustainability, growth and building a better future together. They were also able to plant their own "green surprise" and talk to faculty teachers in a pleasant atmosphere. Even though the weather tested our resilience, our energy and enthusiasm did not deter us - we managed everything with a smile!
