Today, the PHF EU held the inaugural meeting of the PhD. Academy, a newly established regular platform dedicated to doctoral students and early-career researchers. The primary aim of this initiative is to create an inspiring and supportive environment for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and developing essential research skills.
The opening session focused on the current call for project proposals for young researchers and PhD. students. Participants discussed key aspects of preparing a high-quality project proposal, including the formulation of clear research objectives, the alignment of project goals with funding priorities, and the design of a realistic and transparent budget. The discussion also addressed a range of practical situations and challenges that may arise during the project implementation phase.
The PhD. Academy represents an important step towards strengthening the research culture at our faculty by providing a structured space for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous professional growth. We look forward to future sessions that will further enhance the academic development and networking opportunities of young researchers within our community.
