The course of the competition

Olympics Of Business Manager consist of:

• Individual round, which:
  • takes place in the form of an online test,
  • form closed test questions and which can be answered by choosing from variants A, B, C or D, while only one variant is correct,
  • is created by the organizers together with secondary school teachers, which means that the questions are compatible with their teaching process,
  • takes place during a pre-defined date and time.
• School round, which:
  • takes place in the form of an online test,
  • form closed test questions and which can be answered by choosing from variants A, B, C or D, while only one variant is correct,
  • is provided by persons responsible for the needs of communication and coordination of the competition (teachers) at the given secondary school,
  • it is completed by successful students from the individual round according to the number of points obtained,
  • is created by the organizers together with secondary school teachers, which means that the questions are compatible with their teaching process,
  • takes place during a pre-defined date and time.
• Slovak round, which
  • takes place in the form of an online test,
  • successful students from school rounds graduate according to the number of points obtained,
  • takes place during a pre-defined date and time,
  • consists of test questions and word problems, which can be answered by choosing from variants A, B, C or D, while only one variant is correct,
  • winners of the competition will be the competitors who place in the first three places within each group of competitors.

Within each round, competitors will be divided into three groups, depending on the type of high school they attend. A separate test will be compiled for each group of competitors, taking into account the curriculum of the given type of high school.

Registration

Registration takes place from December 1, 2025 to February 15, 2026! ! !

Student registration:

To participate in the competition, student registration is required via an electronic form. After registration, he will be sent an internet link to the provided e-mail address to complete the online test. It is not possible to participate in an individual round of the Olympics without student registration. Student registration takes place at the link.

School registration:

It is also necessary to register the secondary school itself via an electronic form in order to send ongoing information, result sheets and possible communication. The electronic form will be filled in by an authorized employee of the secondary school, who will also become the responsible person, resp. coordinator of the Olympics at a given high school. The registration form for the secondary school will be displayed by clicking on the link.

Information for students

We are pleased that you have decided to take part in the Olympics Of Business Manager. The first step of a student in the competition is to register via the registration form, so that we can send you an internet link to complete the online test before the first round. Subsequently, the student's task is to log in to the e-learning system with the assigned name and password on the website of the Faculty of Business Economics of the University of Economics in Bratislava with seat in Košice and fill in the online test. After completing all the answers, the student sends a test and the process of processing the results by the organizers occurs. We will then send the evaluation itself to the coordinator and the competitor to the provided e-mail address. We will send you instructions on how to complete the test by e-mail, or they will be provided to you by designated coordinators at secondary schools.

What do you need to know about the Olympics Of Business Manager?

• The Olympics Of Business Manager is intended for students of the last year of all high schools with an economic focus, high schools with a non-economic focus and high schools focused on services, which are based in Slovakia.
• Attendance can help you get to your dream college without entrance exams.
• You don't need anything else, just sit down at the computer and complete the test.
• No participation fees.
• You do not need any tools other than a calculator (or Excel).
• It is enough to have the basics of the subject matter, a general overview and logical thinking.
• All dates and important information can be found on the competition website and on the faculty's Facebook page.
• You will find new friends, maybe even future classmates.
• You will get to know the metropolis of the east of Košice.
• Last school year, almost 900 high school graduates showed interest in the competition.

Information for schools and educational advisers

The school rounds of the Olympics Of Business Manager are provided in coordination with the high schools themselves. Registered high schools and persons responsible for the needs of communication and coordination of the Competition will enable registered students to write an online test during a precisely defined date and time, within the teaching process carried out in either full-time or distance form. As the testing takes place in electronic form, the processing and evaluation of the results takes place under the direction of the competition organizer.

The role of the secondary school is to register the school and students using the electronic form, which can be found on this page in the Registration section. Through school registration, the high school employee becomes the coordinator for this competition.

We will send the individual instructions for the school and all-Slovak round to the coordinators provided email addresses.
