MachineLearnAthon is an Erasmus+ funded educational research project that aims to introduce a new teaching format focused on machine learning (ML) competitions.
With the help of the EXPERTISE project, silver workers (over 50s) can improve their digital skills to collaborate with more PSM (Purchasing and Supply Management) native colleagues and develop solutions for current problems.
On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, after last year's break (covid-19), the Championships of Universities of the Slovak Republic in futsal 2021 were held again in the Infiniti arena Košice. The EUBA team was also represented by two PHF students - Marek Zlacký and Peter Šalagovič. Despite their quality performance spiced with goals, the EUBA finished in 3rd place after even matches. The winner was UMB Banská Bystrica, which defended its championship two years ago.
The cloud platforms of the participant #EDI providers had been updated in order to uptake the syntaxes approved by the European Standard. This project sought to standardise the specifications used by the several eInvoicing platforms of EDI providers around the European Union. In this way, cross-border transactions will become more efficient, saving resources at the same time, and speeding up bureaucratic processes.

The analysis phase of the EURINV project, in which participates as part of the consortium, has been successfully completed.
Electronic invoicing provides many benefits to public procurement as well as to private economic transactions. It reduces costs, saves resources, and increases efficiency in bureaucratic processes. While it provides all of these advantages, aligning the different eInvoicing systems and syntaxes can be a difficult task, mainly when international cross-border transactions are needed.
